BLACKMIKRON

Microcapsule CB 50 BK6H

BLACKMIKRON is an aqueous emulsion of microcapsule for the production of carbonless copying papers. It contains no binder or spacer. The core material of each capsule consists of a mixture of black color formers dissolved in a liquid carrier. The average capsule diameter is about 4.5-6.0 micron. Mastersizer of MALVERN analyzed the particle size. Read More ⇒

BLUEMIKRON

BLUEMIKRON is an aqueous emulsion of microcapsule for the production of carbonless copying papers. It contains no binder or spacer. The core materials of each capsule consist of a mixture of color formers dissolved in a liquid carrier. Temperatures below freezing point have no adverse effect on the integrity of capsules. Spacer

These are inert particles added to the CB coating to protect microcapsules from damage during typical manufacturing and converting operations which may involve low pressure, such as rewinding, slitting, collating, and forms handling. They can be made of a special grade of insoluble starch or cellulose, and have a significantly larger diameter than the capsules (15µ to 40µ).
